Job applicants and current/former employees
We collect applicant data (e.g. CVs, contact details, employment history) to assess suitability for roles. Our legal bases include contractual necessity and legitimate interest.
We may use AI tools to help screen CVs. These tools do not make final decisions, human reviewers are always involved. You have the right to request human intervention, contest decisions or express your views.
Unsuccessful applications are retained for six months unless consent is given to retain for longer. Successful applicants’ data forms part of their employment record.
Employee data is processed for HR, legal and compliance purposes and is retained in line with legal obligations.
