OAL's ongoing commitment to customers during COVID-19

To all of our customers and partners,
In light of the COVID-19 pandemic and the related challenges with which we are all faced, we would like to reassure you that we are continuing to support our customers as normal in these difficult times. This applies to all of our technology brands: OAL, Steam Infusion, APRIL Robotics and OAL Connected.
The health and safety of our employees, partners and customers are of paramount importance. We already have robust processes in place to protect our teams and collaborators, however we are monitoring the situation and government advice on a daily basis. We have implemented action plans to ensure productivity and continued customer support, as well as instigating greater levels of home working where possible to eliminate unnecessary travel and potential exposure to the virus.
At this time, the OAL office is open and operational and all of our staff are available via phone and email as usual. We will continue to meet our commitments and deliver exceptional support to help to keep you up and running during this challenging time. 95% of queries that come into our Support teams can be resolved remotely, however we do advise that you purchase any critical spares to prevent unnecessary downtime as we are unable to guarantee supply at this time.
With regard to onsite support, we will continue to support commissioning, installation and field service in areas where travel is permitted and where the safety of our employees, customers and partners will not be compromised. In areas where health and safety regulations restrict travel and require social distancing, we are making adjustments to minimise disruption of our service to you.
