 OAL Maize Hydration Africa

OAL Maize Hydration Africa

Dairy Gold have replaced existing grain hydration technologies with OAL Steam Infusion to hydrate maize flour for their drinks process. In doing so they have dramatically reduced production costs and processing times whilst gaining the ability to vary product characteristics (smooth or grainy).

By reducing production costs and increasing capacity they have established a new market for the most economically disadvantaged people in Africa.
