Food Science Apprentice

Do you want to work with new technologies helping food and beverage companies all over the world to revolutionise their cooking processes? Many apprentices don’t get the opportunity to work on innovative food technology projects like ours, so here’s your chance!

OAL has consistently delivered next-generation technologies and world-class automation solutions over our 25-year history. Our patented Steam Infusion technology introduces steam at 1,000 m/s, transforming the way manufacturers heat and mix food products and delivering significant energy and processing savings.

We now need a highly motivated food science apprentice to assist the Development Chef (OAL) in the smooth running of the OAL trials at the Holbeach campus. The role may require global travel from time to time to assist with trade shows, customer visits and commissioning.

We’ll get you up to speed with how our technologies work and provide training to give you the skills and confidence to successfully engage food manufacturers. At the same time, you’ll be studying for a Foundation Degree in Operations/Departmental Manager Standard part-time at the University of Lincoln’s Holbeach campus.
